Bang Bang Shrimp

Just because you can’t see the fireworks from your backyard, doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all of the action. Get in the patriotic spirit and celebrate seafood with this amazing 4th of July recipe: Bang Bang Shrimp

Packed with flavors that will explode with every bite, this dish sticks to the Independence Day theme and is light enough to leave room for drinks and dessert.


2 lb Colossal Shrimp
Wooden Skewers, pre-soaked
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
½ Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
3 Tbsp Green Onion, finely chopped (optional)


  1. Preheat Grill to High Heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir Sesame Oil, Sweet Chili Sauce, and Sriracha until blended.
  3. Place 5 Shrimp on each skewer and brush with 1/2 the sauce until liverally covered on both sides.
  4. Grill approximately 1-2 minutes per side (to the side of the direct heat source).
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Brush each hot skewer liberally on both sides with the remaining sauce.
  7. Top with Green Onion if desired.
  8. SERVE
